Terms of Service

1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of all services provided by the website “THE MAHAL” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), operated by Rion Lab PH.Inc (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), between all customers who use the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and the Company.

2. These Terms shall come into effect at the earlier of the time the User accesses the Site or completes member registration.

3. Individual regulations, guidelines, policies, etc., separately determined by the Company on the Site (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy) shall constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual regulations, the individual regulations shall take precedence.

4. If a User is a minor, they must obtain the consent of a legal representative (such as a parent or guardian) before using the Site.

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

• “The Service” refers to all services provided by the Company through the Site, including the posting and searching of store information, coupon distribution, provision of column articles, member functions, and all other services.
• “Member” refers to a User who has agreed to these Terms and completed member registration using the method prescribed by the Company.
• “Listed Stores” refers to KTV stores, lounges, and other food, beverage, or entertainment facilities whose information is posted on the Site.
• “Content” refers to all information posted on the Site, including text, images, videos, audio, designs, logos, databases, and software.
• “Member Information” refers to all information provided by the User to the Company at the time of registration and during use.

1. The Site is a portal site providing information in Japanese and other languages about KTV (karaoke) stores and lounges, primarily in the Metro Manila area of the Republic of the Philippines. The Company provides store info, coupon distribution, blog articles, and member services through LINE integration.

2. The Company provides services as an information provider and is not the operator of the Listed Stores. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or legality of services provided at the Listed Stores.

3. The Company may change, add, or discontinue the Service without prior notice to Users.

1. Member registration is conducted via OAuth authentication through a LINE official account. Users must also separately agree to the Terms of Use of LINE Corporation.

2. Users shall provide accurate information and update it promptly if changes occur. The Company may refuse or revoke registration if false information is provided or if the User is associated with anti-social forces.
